With nearly 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, Omar Basiony has established himself as an esteemed culinary professional, known for his innovative concepts and exceptional dining experiences.

Bâoli’s menu is inspired by the elegant fusion of French refinement and the vibrant spirit of East Asia, celebrating culinary artistry through high-quality ingredients and bold flavors to create a memorable dining experience.

Sunset Lounge

Your favourite destination for a refined culinary journey, craft cocktails and fine wines, reimagined in a relaxed lounge setting.

The Sunset Lounge offers the same à la carte menu as the restaurant, served in an intimate space featuring low tables and comfortable seating. Under the artful direction of Executive Chef Omar Basiony, Bâoli’s cuisine highlights Japanese flavours elevated with a French touch.

A curated shisha selection completes the experience, inviting guests to unwind and linger into the evening.

Daily: 4pm - 1am

Guests must be 21 years old and above

DRESS CODE: Chic/Dressy attire, no open sandals and shorts for men.


All children aged 4 and above are welcome for lunch from Sunday to Thursday. Minimum age of 12 applies for Friday and Saturday lunch.
