Terms & Conditions

All Restaurant & Sunset Lounge tables are assigned a seating duration based on group size:
2 hours for up to 3 guests
2 hours 30 minutes for 4 to 8 guests
3 hours for 9 or more guests.

Due to high demand, we hold the table for 20 minutes. Late arrivals are subject to availability upon arrival to the venue.

Valet parking is available for all our guests.
We kindly suggest considering ride-sharing services to help avoid any potential delays.

Weekdays:
Children aged 6-16 y.o. are allowed 12pm to 9pm; 16-21 y.o. are allowed until 11pm.
Weekends:
Children aged 12-16 y.o. are allowed 12pm to 9pm; 16-21 y.o. are allowed until 11pm.

Sunset Lounge & Moon Room: Guests must be 21 years old and above. Please note, that children under 6 years old are not allowed in the venue.

Pool and Beach: Areas are open for guests 16-21 y.o. accompanied by parents.
Please note, that children under 6 years old are not allowed in the venue.

DRESS CODE:

Sunset Lounge / Restaurant / Moon Room: Chic/dressy attire, no open sandals and shorts for men.

Pool & Beach/Sundeck: Beachwear / swimsuit. Areas are open for guests 12-21 y.o. accompanied by parents.

TIMINGS:

Pool & Beach, Sundeck: 10am-8pm
Sunset Lounge: 4pm-1am
Restaurant: 12pm-1am Sunday to Thursday / 12pm-2am Friday & Saturday
Moon Room: 11 pm onwards (Friday & Saturday only)

Please note that Bâoli Dubai reserves the right to deny entry at the door, even with a confirmed reservation, should guests not adhere to the venue's policies or dress code.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For bookings of up to 9 guests, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Please note that late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee of AED 150 per person.

For groups of 10 or more, or those that require a deposit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.
