Terms & Conditions

All Restaurant & Sunset Lounge tables are assigned a seating duration based on group size:
2 hours for up to 3 guests
2 hours 30 minutes for 6 to 9 guests
3 hours for 10+

Due to high demand, we hold the table for 15 minutes. Late arrivals are subject to availability upon arrival to the venue.

Complimentary valet parking of 4 hours is available for all our guests.
We kindly suggest considering ride-sharing services to help avoid any potential delays.

Pets are not allowed. Outside food and bevarage is not allowed.

AGE POLICY:

Restaurant:
Monday to Thursday:
Children aged 6-16 y.o. are allowed 12pm to 9pm; 16-21 y.o. are allowed until 11pm.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday:
Children aged 12-16 y.o. are allowed 12pm to 9pm; 16-21 y.o. are allowed until 11pm.

Sunset Lounge & Moon Room: Guests must be 21 years old and above. Please note, that children under 6 years old are not allowed in the venue.

Pool: 16+

Beach: 12+
All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by parents.

DRESS CODE:

Sunset Lounge / Restaurant / Moon Room: Chic/dressy attire, no open sandals and shorts for men.

Pool & Beach/Sundeck: Beachwear / swimsuit. Areas are open for guests 12-21 y.o. accompanied by parents.

TIMINGS:

Pool & Beach, Sundeck: 10am-8pm
Sunset Lounge: 4pm-1am
Restaurant: 12pm-1am Sunday to Thursday / 12pm-2am Friday & Saturday
Moon Room: 11 pm onwards (Friday & Saturday only)

Please note that Bâoli Dubai reserves the right to deny entry at the door, even with a confirmed reservation, should guests not adhere to the venue's policies or dress code.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For bookings of up to 9 guests, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Please note that late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee of AED 200 per person.

For groups of 10 or more, or those that require a deposit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.
